grupo Empresarial Solutions is a Mexican based consulting firm, founded on October 3rd, 2002 by ENRIQUE ZARATE and IVAN GARCIA, with the soul purpose of turning things around for hotels that may be experiencing issues in the commercial, the operation of the management side of the business. Both founders account for an extensive experience in hotel management, process integration and productivity and have managed to integrate and excellent team of professionals in the field.
Towards the end of 2002, Grupo Empresarial Solutions managed to consolidate a rather diverse and large base of clients, including some of the most popular and well known hotels in the area. Our firm has been able to create y dynamic corporate environment that promotes innovation and practical solutions to problems that may rise from the day to day operation of hotels and other businesses.
In 2003, Grupo Empresarial Solutions started its 1st. hotel management operation in Cancun. It turned out to be a very challenging project due to the precarious conditions of the facilities as well as the commercial aspect of the business which by then, had practically hit bottom. Challenge for which ENRIQUE VIRAMONTES (one of the most important collaborators of the initial group) joined the team. In less than a year, the firm managed to dramatically turn things around, obtaining excellent results both in the operation, the administration as well as the commercial side of the business, achieving record levels of occupation. Once a healthy operation is achieved and certain conditions met on the side of the consulting firm as well as the hotel proprietor - the contract is terminated unless otherwise stated by the proprietor.
In February of 2004, Grupo Empresarial Solutions took on its 2nd. hotel operation, but this time in Playa del Carmen. It was a property and not exactly well known in the locality by tourists. Originally known as Gloria del Caribe, the hotel was later renamed CARMEN INN, the business grew substantially and now boasts an excellent market position.
In May 2005, Grupo Empresarial Solutions takes on its 3rd. operation (its 2nd. in Playa del Carmen ) in one of the main and best known avenues of the locality - this hotel is known as CARMEN SUITES.
In July, 2006, Grupo Empresarial Solutions takes on its 4th. hotel operation in Playa del Carmen, a property located on the main avenue of the city ¨La Quinta Avenida¨ (the five avenue), as it was originally known, was later renamed CARMEN QUINTA.
For the time being, Grupo Empresarial Solutions successfully operates three hotel operations in Playa del Carmena, and continues to add new prospects in the Mexican Caribbean, one of which happens to be CARMEN HOTELS. At the same time, the firm continues to offer integral business solutions to a wide variety of companies, which it also represents in the development and growth of local franchises.
